摘　　要：对文献 [1]中提出的控制表进行了改进设计 ,改变了控制规律和合成运算 ,并将新的控制表用于Nd :YAGT单晶提拉生长微机控制系统 ,使单晶晶锭成品率大大提高。This paper discusses an improvement of control table that is described in paper [1] on designing.As a result is that the control law and the compensate algorithm for Fuzzy sets in changed.The new control table used for Nd:YAG mono-crystal growth by drawing way on the control system based on microcomputer,and the rate of products passed QC is the most increased.
