摘 要:为了消除直线电机数控机床进给系统的摩擦阻力,实现无摩擦进给,提出了一种靠自身产生的磁悬浮力来解决数控机床进给系统悬浮问题的直接磁悬浮永磁直线电动机.采用四面体等参元来建立电机三维场中的基本方程,利用Maxwell3D软件建立瞬态三维有限元分析模型,得到了电机的推力与悬浮力,证明了该直接磁悬浮永磁直线电动机自身可以产生可控的推力和悬浮力.实验结果表明,通过对电机动子尺寸进行优化设计,可以有效地降低电磁力的波动.In order to eliminate the friction force of feed system of linear motor numerical control machine tool and realize the friction-free feed, a direct magnetic suspension permanent magnet linear motor (PMLM), which could solve the suspension problems in the feed system of numerical control machine tool with the magnetic suspension force generated by PMLM, was proposed. The basic equations in three-dimensional (3D) field of motor were established with tetrahedral isoparametric element, and a 3D transient finite element analysis model was established with Maxwell3D software. In addition, the thrust and suspension forces of motor were obtained. It is proved that the proposed direct magnetic suspension PMLM can generate the controllable thrust and suspension forces. The results show that the ripple of electromagnetic force can be efficiently reduced with the optimization design for the dimension of motor mover.
