摘  要:目的探讨雌激素受体(ER)和(或)孕激素受体(PR)阴性乳腺癌细胞周期素D1(Cy-clin D1)和p53的表达情况、临床病理特征及与预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化染色方法和组织芯片技术对96例ER和(或)PR阴性乳腺癌中Cyclin D1、p53的表达进行检测并分析其临床意义。结果 Cyclin D1表达位点在乳腺癌细胞核中高表达19例(19.8%)、低表达60例(62.5%)、阴性17例(17.7%);Cyclin D1蛋白在预后差组的高表达率显著高于预后好组(31.7%和10.9%,P=0.011);CYCLIN D1蛋白在转移组的高表达率显著高于非转移组(30.6%和8.9%,P=0.009)。p53表达位点在乳腺癌细胞核中表达阳性62例(64.6%)、阴性34例(35.4%)。结论 Cyclin D1高表达与ER和(或)PR阴性乳腺癌预后差及淋巴结转移具有显著相关性,在乳腺癌患者的预后评估中较p53更具有优势,可作为衡量患者预后的指标。Objective To investigate the expression of Cyclin D1 and p53 and their correlation with the clinicalpathological features and prognosis of ER/PR-negative breast cancer. Methods We per- formed immunohistochemical to detect Cyclin D1 expression on breast cancer tissue microarray including 96 ER-negative breast cancer tissues. Results The expression of Cyclin I)1 is located nuclear,the expression rates were: high expression of 19 ( 19. 8% ), low expression of 60 (62. 5% ), negative 17 ( 17.7% ) Cyclin D1 high expression rates in poor prognostic group was significantly higher than good prognostic group (31.7% versus 10. 9%, P = 0. 011 ), and Cyclin D1 high expression rates in metastatic group was signifi- cantly higher than that of the non-metastatic group (30. 6% vs. 8.9%, P = 0. 009) The expression of cyc- lin p53 is located nuclear, the expression rates were: positive 62 (64. 6% ), negative 34 (35.4%). Conclusions Higher expression of Cyclin D1 significant correlated with ER/PR-negative breast cancer poor prognosis and lymph node metastasis. More advantages compared with p53 in the prognosis of breast cancer patients, Cyclin D1 could be the indicator to measure the patient's prognosis.
