摘 要:纳米药物伴随纳米技术的迅速发展已经走向市场,在疾病的早期检测、靶向治疗肿瘤以及降低药物毒性等诸多方面取得骄人业绩。但与纳米技术特性相关的纳米尺寸效应、纳米结构效应等引发的纳米技术风险,也不得不引起纳米药物研发者的重视。以纳米制药技术为例,应从技术"中道"立场,对纳米技术的价值评价、纳米技术的伦理控制和纳米技术伦理的嬗变三个方面进行沉思,建构"安全与可持续"的普适伦理原则以应对纳米技术的风险。With the rapid development of nanotechnology, Nano-drugs have been entering into the mar- ket and have achieved many remarkable results such as targeting treatment of cancer, early detection of the disease, as well as reducing the toxicity of drugs. However, the risks of nanotechnology related to the characteristics of the effects of nano-size and nanostructure have also been raised to pay attention by the scientists of the development of nano drugs. This paper, taking nanopharmaceutical technology for an example, reflects three aspects linking to the valuation of nanotechnology, ethical control of nano- technology and ethical transmutation of nanotechnology. Then it further proposes to construct an ethical principle of "safety and sustainability", as a universal ethical principle, to cope with the risks of nano- technology.
