摘　　要：美国对青少年体质测试已有50多年的历史,从1958年开始建立测试体系,至目前对评价标准的论证,建立了从国家政策法规到科研工作系统的质量管理体系。本文旨在以全面质量管理相关理论分析美国学生体质监测的现状以及特点。通过对体质测试中的测试人员,测试的技术、方法与流程,以及测试结果评价等因素的研究,找到该套体系流程中值得借鉴的地方,从而为我国该领域的发展提供一些先进经验。U.S. youth fitness test has 50 years of history, since 1958 to create a test system to demonstrate the current evaluation criteria established policies and regulations from the national research system to the quality management system. This article, underlying the theory of total quality management, aims to monitor the status of American students and physical characteristics by literature, expert interview and logical analysis. From the tester, testing techniques, methods and processes, and evaluation of test results, the study found that set system should learn fi＇om the process, so as to our development in this field to provide some experience.
