摘 要:目的:探讨Bcl-2、P53和Caspase-3在不同宫颈病变发生、发展中的作用及其相互关系。方法:对37例宫颈炎、39例宫颈内瘤变、24例宫颈癌患者抽取血液,采用Elisa方法检测血清中Bcl-2、P53和Caspase-3蛋白的含量,采用流式细胞术检测血细胞中Bcl-2、P53和Caspase-3的阳性率,结合临床病理特点分析。结果:宫颈炎患者血清中Bcl-2、P53蛋白含量及血细胞中Bcl-2、P53阳性率明显低于宫颈内瘤变和宫颈癌患者(P<0.01),且宫颈内瘤变患者明显低于宫颈癌患者(P<0.05);宫颈炎患者血清中Caspase-3蛋白含量及血细胞中Caspase-3的阳性率明显高于宫颈内瘤变和宫颈癌患者(P<0.01),且宫颈内瘤变患者明显高于宫颈癌患者(P<0.05)。结论:Bcl-2、P53和Caspase-3蛋白在宫颈癌发生、发展过程中发挥着即独立又协同的作用。Objective: To explore their mutual relationship of Bcl -2, P53 and Caspase - 3 in different cervical lesions, the role in the development and occurring of cervical lesions, by observing the expression of Bcl - 2, P53 and Caspase - 3 in the blood. Methods: Blood of 100 patients with high -risk (37 cases of cervicitis, 39 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, 24 cases of cervical cancer) was taken. ELISA was used to detect serum Bcl- 2, P53 and Caspase -3 protein content. Flow cytometry was used to detect Bcl -2, P53 and Caspase -3 positive rates in blood cells. Clinical and pathological features were analyzed. Results: Serum Bcl -2 and P53 protein contents and the Bcl - 2, I'53 positive rates in blood ceils of eervicitis patients were significantly lower than those of patients with cervical intraepithe- lial neoplasia and cervical cancer ( P 〈 0. 01 ) and the above indexes of cervix neoplasia patients were significantly lower than those of patients with cervical cancer (P 〈 0.05) . Serum Caspase - 3 protein content and positive rate in the blood ceils of cervicitis patients were signifi- cantly higher than those of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer ( P 〈0. O1 ) and the above indexes of cervix ne- oplasia were significantly higher than those of cervical cancer patients ( P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion: Bcl - 2, 1:'53 and Caspase - 3 protein play an independent but synergistic role in development and process of cervical cancer.
