摘 要:目的研究在高骨代谢状态时不同加力时间对大鼠微种植体支抗的稳定性。方法健康Wistar雌性大鼠40只,分为A(高骨代谢即刻加力)组、B(高骨代谢2周加力)组、C(正常即刻加力)组、D(正常2周加力)组。A和B组建立高骨代谢模型,B和D组大鼠左侧胫骨植入直径1.5mm的钛合金钉2枚,2周后A和C组植入同样钛合金钉,然后各组同时负载100g力,30d后处死动物。测量钛合金钉间距;制作硬组织切片,甲苯胺蓝染色,观察钛合金钉种植体与软硬组织愈合情况并计算骨结合率。结果 4组大鼠钛合金钉种植体无脱落,个别有倾斜;其移动距离、BIC比较,差异有统计学意义(F=113.959和334.55,P均<0.01;F=2.326和2.40,P>0.05),A和B组钛合金钉微种植体移动距离大于C和D组,骨结合率A和B组高于C和D组。结论高骨代谢情况下钛合金钉微种植体即刻、延期加力是可行的,不同加力时间对微种植体稳定性影响较小,但在临床中注意微种植体植入时的安全距离。Objective To study the effects of different loading time on stability of micro-implant anchorage in rats with high bone metabolism.Methods Healthy Vistar female rats 40 were divided randomly into four groups,A and C were immediately-loading groups,B and D were two-week-loading groups.High bone metabolism model was established on A and B groups,two titanium micro-implants with a diameter of 1.5mm were implanted into left tibia of the two-week-loading rats,immediately-loading rats were received the same implants two weeks later,then all implants underwent a pulling force of 100g,all animals were killed 30 days later.The moving space of implants was measured in bone by X-ray,tibias with implant were made intonon-decalcified sections for toluidine blue staining,bone contact rate were calculated under light microscope.Results All titanium micro-implants in rats had no loose,individual with a sloping displacement,and bone-implant contact ratio of micro-implant anchorage among 4 groups had significant differences(Fbone metabolism = 113.959 and 334.55,P<0.001;Ftime = 2.326 and 2.40,P>0.05).Compared with the indexes rats of normal bone metabolism,high bone metabolism rats showed higher displacement and higher BIC.Conclusions Either immediate or deferred loading of micro-implant anchorage at high bone metabolism is feasible,and the effect of loading time on the titanium micro-implant anchorage stability is little.But doctors should pay attention to the safety distance in clinical.
