摘　　要：西部民间或各单位散存有大量民族档案文献遗产,本文分析其分布散存现状的深层因素,并针对这一状况造成的现实问题,探讨文化框架下西部散存民族档案文献遗产的综合保护问题。There are a lot of ethnic heritage of archival documents scattered among the people or in the units in western . This paper analyzes deep factors of the distribution and deposit status .In connection with the practical problems caused by this situation ,this paper explores the comprehensive protection of the national heritage of archival documents stored in western under the cultural framework.
