摘 要:中医临证思维隐含于中医诊疗活动中,指导着临床实践,对临床疗效具有非常重要的作用。"天人相应"观是中医学认识人体生命特征和疾病发生发展的基础。在临证思维过程中,中医医者坚持从"天人相应"观的角度出发对人体的生理、病理现象进行审察,使中医临证思维过程既有时间特性,又具有空间特性,形成了一个多层次、多元素、动态联系的复杂立体思维结构。运用系统科学及复杂性科学的相关理论知识方法,探讨了"天人相应"观视角下的医者诊疗思维过程,从而揭示了中医临证思维的系统复杂性,为运用多学科技术,采用综合集成,群体研讨模式来解决困扰中医药领域的复杂性问题奠定了基础。TCM clinical thought is implicit in traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment activities,guide clinical practice and clinical efficacy and has a very important role.The concept of correspondence between man and nature is the basis for Chinese medicine understanding of human life characteristics and disease development.TCM doctors insist on starting from the perspective of correspondence between man and nature to observe human physiological and pathological phenomena scrutiny,thus TCM clinical thinking process both has temporal characteristics and spatial characteristics,forming one complex three-dimensional thinking level with multi-element and dynamic link structure.In this paper,the theoretical knowledge of systems science and complexity science was used to explore the thought process of correspondence between man and nature.Perspective medical clinics,which reveals the complexity of TCM clinical thoughts using the technology of multi-disciplinary,integrated integration and group discussion model to solve the complexity of the issues,laid the foundation for resolving the problems of Chinese medicine.
