蜂胶泽苓软胶囊降血脂功能的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察蜂胶泽苓软胶囊对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂及脂蛋白的影响。方法:实验设蜂胶西洋参软胶囊低、中、高3个剂量(0.17、1.00、2.00 g/kg分别相当于人推荐量的5、30、60倍),另设高脂水对照组和高脂油对照组(大豆油),分别观察其对高脂血症模型大鼠体重、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的影响。结果:与高脂水对照组、高脂油组对照组比较,中、高剂量组均能明显降低高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇含量,3个剂量组均能明显降低高血脂症大鼠血清甘油三酯含量(P<0.05),高剂量组能明显提高高血脂症大鼠血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量(P<0.05)。结论:蜂胶泽苓软胶囊具有辅助降血脂功能。Objective：To observe the influence of Fengjiao Zeling Soft Capsule on the blood lipid and lipoprotein of hyperlipemia model rats.Methods：Rats were randomly divided into five groups： low,middle and high dose of Fengjiao Zeling Soft Capsule groups（0.17,1.00,2.00 g/kg）,control group of hyperlipemia model and solvent control group（soybean oil） of hyperlipemia model to observe the weight,serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol of hyperlipemia model rats.Results：Compared to control group and solvent control group of hyperlipemia model,high and middle dose groups could significantly reduce the serum total cholesterol content of hyperlipemia model rats（P0.05）;all of the three groups could obviously reduce the triglyceride content（P0.05）;high dose group could significantly elevate the high density lipoprotein cholesterol（P0.05）.Conclusion：Fengjiao Zeling Soft Capsule has hypolipemic effects.
