摘  要:基于图像存档与传输系统(PACS)脑血管介入治疗教学及培训体系由脑血管病教学系统和脑血管病影像教学资源库两部分组成。脑血管病教学系统包括课堂管理、作业管理、教学管理和考试管理4大功能模块。脑血管病影像教学资源库包括理论教材、脑血管病例所有术前、术中及术后影像资料,典型病例的模拟治疗影像等。通过在理论课、阅片训练、典型病例模拟实践治疗课教学中的应用,凸显了数字教学的特点,发挥了学生学习的主观能动性。Teaching and training system ior intervention treatment of cerebrovaseular disease based on picture arehiving and com munication system (PACS) consists of two parts, teaching system of cerebrovaseular disease and resource library for image teach ing of cerebrovascular disease. Cerebrovascular disease teaching system consists of classroom management, operation manage ment, teaching management and test management. Cerebrovas cular disease image teaching resources library includes theory teaching material, imaging data of cerebrovaseular cases, simu lated treatment images of typical cases. Its application highlights the characteristics of digital teaching, and gives full play to the subjective initiative of students.
