摘　　要：高校的行政管理部门对于高校的自身管理和日常工作有着重要的意义,其行政部门的工作能力在另一方面也决定了高校的自身竞争和发展能力。要建立一个优秀的高校,高校的行政管理工作起到了决定性的作用。因此要加强高校的建设,做好高校行政管理部门的绩效管理,建立完善的绩效管理制度是非常必要的。本文对高校行政管理部门绩效管理的相关问题进行了研究和分析。The administrative departments of universities are of great significance to the university＇s own management and day-to-day work, and their working ability has also decided college competition and development capacity. To establish a good college, university administration plays a decisive role. Therefore, strengthening the building of the college, improving performance management of the college administration department, and establishing a sound performance management system is necessary. This paper researches and analyzes relevant problems to the performance management of college administrative departments.
