摘 要:目的通过观察舒芬太尼后处理对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注中IL-6、IL-10的影响,探讨舒芬太尼后处理对心肌的保护作用。方法 40只Wistar大鼠随即分为假手术组(A组):只穿线,不结扎;缺血再灌注组(B组):缺血30min后,再灌注120min;缺血后处理组(C组):缺血30min末行缺血30s,再灌注30s,重复3次,再灌注120min;舒芬太尼后处理组(D组):缺血30min再灌注前5min静脉滴注舒芬太尼0.1μg/kg,再灌注120min。结扎大鼠心脏冠状动脉左前降支制备心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,用ELISA方法观察各组在各采血时间点血清中IL-6、IL-10的含量,并计算心肌梗死面积。结果与假手术组相比,缺血再灌注组IL-6、IL-10含量均增高;与缺血再灌注组相比,缺血后处理组IL-6含量降低,IL-10含量增高;与缺血后处理组相比,舒芬太尼后处理组IL-6含量降低,IL-10含量增高,且4组含量数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼后处理对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注具有保护作用,舒芬太尼后处理可能通过调控对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注血清中的IL-6、IL-10含量来发挥对心肌细胞的保护作用。Objective By observe the impact of sufentanil post-conditioning on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (I/RI) of IL-6, IL-10, to investigate the protective effect of sufentanil on myocardial ischemia reperfusion. Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham group (group A): only thread, without ligation; ischemia-reperfusion group (group B): 120 min of reperfusion after 30 min of ischemia; ischemic post-conditioning group (group C): ischemia 30 min line at the end of the 30 s, reperfusion 30 s, repeat 3 times, 120 min of reperfusion; sufentanil post-conditioning group (group D): 5 min before 30 min of ischemia reperfusion intravenous drip sufentanil 0.1 μg/kg, 120 min of reperfusion. Ligation rat heart preparation of the left anterior descending coronary artery myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model, observed the content of IL-6, IL-10 in serum at every blood taking time point by ELISA, and calculate the size of myocardial infarction. Results Compared with group A, the content of IL-6, IL-10 were increased in group B; Compared with group B, the content of IL-6 were decreased, and whether the content of IL-10 were increased in group C; Compared with group C, the content of IL-6 were decreased, and the content of IL-10 were increased in group D; And the data were statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Sufentanil post-conditioning plays a protective role on rat myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, sufentanil post-conditioning may protect myocardial cell by regulating the content of IL-6, IL-10 in serum after the myocardial ischemia reperfusion.
