自拟胆胃汤治疗22例胆汁反流性胃炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究自拟胆胃汤针对胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1～10月入院治疗的胆汁反流性胃炎22例,应用自拟胆胃汤治疗3个疗程,每2周为1个疗程。观察疗效并对比治疗前后患者的生活质量。结果 22例患者中痊愈9例(40.91%),好转7例(31.82),有效5例(22.73%),1例无效(4.55%),总有效率为95.45%。治疗后患者的生活质量明显好过治疗前。结论自拟疏肝理气、利胆和胃的胆胃汤针对反流性胃炎具有良好的疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danwei Decoction in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis （BRG）. Methods Twenty-two cases with BRG treated in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2012 were selected. The Danwei decoction was applied for 3 courses of treatment, and each course lasted 2 weeks. The effect was observed and patient＇s quality of life was compared before and after treatments. Results Among the 22 cases, the number of cure, improve, effectiveness, and ineffectiveness was 9 cases （40.91%）, 7 cases （31.82）, 5 cases （22.73%）, and 1 cases （4.55%）. The total effective rate reached up to 95.45%. What＇s more, after the treatment, the patient＇s quality of life was better than before. Conclusion In the treatment of BRG, the self-prescribed liver-soothing and qi-rectifying, and gallbladder-disinhibiting and stomach-harmonizing of Danwei decoction can obtain a favorable effect.
