摘　　要：劳动标准的制定、颁布与实施可使各类劳动过程变得更加科学、合理、高效。随着我国市场经济的高速发展以及职业安全问题的日益凸显,现代劳动标准也相应产生和发展起来,各项劳动标准的水平也相应得到了提高。本研究对我国化工企业劳动标准中职业健康安全问题的调查发现,劳动标准的贯彻实施与职工职业健康安全之间存在正相关关系,用劳动标准指导工作,可以规范企业和职工的行为,形成自我约束机制,使企业管理体系得以良好运转。The promulgation and implementation of labor standards can make the various types of labor process more scientific, reasonable and efficient. As the market economic dominates gradually, modem labor standards emerges and develops, and then the level of labor standards are improved accordingly. This study is about an example in a chemical industry; a positive correlation relationship exits between the implementation of labor standards and the occupational safety and health of the industry＇s employees. We find that standard guidance can standardize the behavior of enterprises and workers, help them both formed a self-discipline mechanism gradually; so that the enterprise management system has been functioning well.
