四川省三级甲等综合医院骨科护士腰痛特征的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查四川省三级甲等综合医院骨科护士腰痛的患病特征。方法应用自行设计的调查问卷和Roland-Morris功能障碍调查表,对四川省所有三级甲等综合医院的797名骨科护士进行问卷调查。结果四川省三级甲等综合医院骨科护士腰痛的发作具有一定的特征。首次发生腰痛的平均年龄为(30.7±8.2)岁,最早的于20岁第1次发生。疼痛性质主要表现为不定时、断断续续的胀痛,疼痛程度以轻、中度为主,功能障碍以轻度障碍为主。结论四川省三级甲等综合医院骨科护士腰痛已成为普遍现象,需加强腰痛的疼痛管理和功能障碍的预防,提高骨科护士的职业满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical features of low back pain among orthopedic nurses in tertiary level first class hospitals. Methods Totally 797 orthopedic nurses were recruited from the tertiary level first class hospitals in Sichuan province and were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire and Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire（RMDQ）. Results The average age of the first occurrence of low back pain in orthopedic nurses was 30.7_＋8.2 years old,and the youngest was 20 years old. The low back pain occurred irregularly and intermittently. The degree of low back pain was mild to moderate with mild dysfunction. Conclusion The low back pain is prevalent among orthopedic nurses in tertiary level first class hospitals in Sichuan province. It is suggested to take measures to strengthen pain management and prevent dysfunction to improve nurses＇ job satisfaction.
