摘　　要：当前国家经济环境的深刻变革要求我国煤炭资源型城市积极转型,在这样的条件下,提出了必须调整城市发展方向促进城市结构改革的论点。进而具体阐述了如何调整煤炭资源型城市的发展方向,引出了合理规划城市的议题,具体分析了城市转型的3个方面。而后提出了色彩规划法这一城市规划具体方法,并且论述了其具体内涵。最后,以大同市为例证明了色彩规划法在煤炭资源型城市规划中的运用。profound changes in national economic environment requires positive transformation of coal resources in China city,under such conditions,the standard must be adjusted to the direction of urban development to promote urban structural reform argument.And then provides details on how to adjust the direction of development of coal resources,city,and leads to a rational urban planning issues,a detailed analysis of the three aspects of urban transformation.Then proposed specific methods for color planning law,urban planning,and discusses the specific connotation.Finally,Datong as an example to prove that the method of color planning in the coal resources of the Town Planning.
