摘 要:为了研究紫花苜蓿干草田间调制过程中养分的变化规律,试验采用压扁和未压二种处理,在田间自然干燥条件下,分别在刈割后和含水量为50%、40%、30%、20%时进行取样分析。结果表明:压扁处理对紫花苜蓿粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量的影响不显著(P>0.05),在干燥过程中,其粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量随水分的降低而显著降低(P<0.05);粗灰分含量基本保持稳定;压扁处理显著降低了苜蓿干草中的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维的含量(P<0.05),随着干燥过程中水分含量的降低,中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量显著升高。说明压扁处理能改善紫花苜蓿干草的营养品质。To study the variation of nutrients in the process for alfalfa hay modulated in the field, the crushed and un - crushed treatments were used in the experiment, and the samples were analyzed under field - drying conditions, which were obtained from after harvesting and the mois- ture contents of 50% , 40% , 30% and 20 % for alfalfa, respectively. The results showed that there was no significant effect of the crushed treatment on the contents of crude protein and crude fat in alfalfa ( P 〉 0.05). The crude protein and crude fat content decreased significantly with the decrease of moisure content during the alfalfa drying process, while the ash content remained stable. The crushed treatment decreased significantly ADF and NDF contents ( P 〈 0.05 ). ADF and NDF contents increased significantly with the decrease of moisture content in the dr- ying process. The results indicate that the crushed treatment can improve the nutritional quality of alfalfa hay.
