摘 要:为了研究一套科学有效的奶牛布氏杆菌病风险分析和评估方法,试验采用基于决策树C4.5算法的奶牛布氏杆菌病风险分析方法,对南方某省奶牛布氏杆菌病感染区进行实地调研和分析,挖掘奶牛布氏杆菌病的风险影响因素,建立风险决策树,提出了风险管理建议。结果表明:决策树方法是一种科学、简单的风险分析方法,可以准确、快速、有效地进行奶牛布氏杆菌病风险分析和决策。cow brucellosis ; decision tree ; C4.5 ; risk analysis Abstract : To study a scientific and effective method of risk analysis and assessment for cow brucellosis, C4.5 decision tree algorithm is applied to analyze the risk of cow brucellosis. Through surveying of a southern province where cows have been infected by brucellosis, the influencing factors of cow brucellosis risk are analyzed, the risk decision tree of cow brucellosis is established, and some recommendations of risk manage- ment for cow brucellosis are provided for the infected province. The results indicate that the decision tree method is a simple, effective and scien- tific method for risk analysis and assessment, and it is useful for risk analysis and decision - making in cow brucellosis accurately, quickly and effectively.
