摘　　要：商业银行操作风险管理话题已成为热点,而针对相关影响因素的分析却较少。从国有控股商业银行山西省分行入手,对其影响因素进行调查研究与分析探讨,并从中选取合规文化与领导力两个因素作为研究重点,通过SPSS的Pearson相关系数分析,得出银行合规文化建设与领导力中存在相关性的结论,并在此基础上从管理层绩效考核指标优化、关注领导者风险观念和建立合规文化学习型组织等方面对操作风险的管理提出建议,旨在为今后我国国有控股商业银行的操作风险管理提供理论与实践指导依据。Although the guard against the operational risk of Commercial bank has become the focus of the bank risk management, it is a few to analyze the Effect Factors of Operational Risk of State - owned Commercial Bank. So the paper would research on it from State -owned Commercial Bank Branch in Shanxi Province, which focused on the view of compliance Culture and Leadership, which been with the Pearson correlation coefficients that pro- vides a theoretical reference for the operational risk prevention and been a basis of suggestions on the bank risk management. The paper takes many suggestions such as optimize the index of performance evaluative on executive manager, concern the executive managers＇ idea, establish the compliance culture and learning organization, and so on.
