灰兜巴提取物对四氧嘧啶诱发糖尿病模型小白鼠降血糖的探索

摘　　要：目的对中药灰兜巴中的有效成分进行提取,并分析提取物中多糖成分的含量,探索灰兜巴提取物降血糖的效果。方法采用浸泡水提的方法对灰兜巴中的有效成分进行提取,紫外分光光度法测定提取物中多糖成分的含量,利用四氧嘧啶诱发小白鼠糖尿病模型,然后利用灰兜巴提取物进行降血糖试验。结果浸泡水提法提取物中总糖含量为47.64%,灰兜巴提取物有降血糖作用,其中100 mg/kg剂量组效果最好。结论浸泡水提法有效可行,灰兜巴提取物对小白鼠有降血糖效果,其中100 mg/kg剂量组效果最明显,这为灰兜巴用于治疗糖尿病提供了参考依据。Objective Extracting the efficient components from Huidouba and analyzing the content of polysaccharose,it was explored that the effects of reducing blood sugar. Methods Soaking water extraction gray pocket to extract the active ingredients,we determined the content of polysaccharide with UV,and then used gray pocket extracts experiment with hypoglycemic test by alloxan-induced diabetes model mice. Results The polysaccharide extract was 47.64%,and gray pocket extracts had hypoglycemic effect,which 100mg/kg dose was the best. Conclusion The formulation was effective and feasible.Gray pocket extract on mice had hypoglycemic effects,which provided the reference of gray pocket for the treatment of diabetes.
