摘  要:目的探索以富含硒、锌、铁等有益微量元素的功能杂交稻611A/R319米糠为原料,液态发酵药用真菌桑黄的技术,为药用真菌的利用提供理论基础。方法以药用真菌桑黄为研究对象,应用响应面分析法优化最适发酵条件,并分析其药用活性成分。结果采用最适发酵条件发酵后的药用真菌桑黄胞内活性多糖、可溶性蛋白、氨基酸含量分别为176.84,11.33,12.60%,较普通PDA培养基对照组显著提高,桑黄菌丝体的必需氨基酸含量也明显增加。结论富含有益微量元素611A/R319米糠能促进药用真菌桑黄菌丝体的生长和胞内多糖、蛋白质和氨基酸等活性物质的生成。Objective The 611A/R319 hybrid rice bran which was rich in trace elements was used to develop a technology of producing Phellinus igniarius mycelium in liquid-fermentation state.It was fundamental to exploit Phellinus igniarius as medicinal fungi resources. Methods Response surface methodology was used to optimize the culturing conditions.The bioactive compositions of Phellinus igniarius which were cultured in the most optimized conditions were analyzed. Results The contents of polysaccharide,protein and amino acids in Phellinus igniarius cultured with 611A/R319 rice bran were higher than PDA medium. Conclusion The data showed that nutrition facts in 611A/R319 rice bran were more superior to the PDA medium for producing Phellinus igniarius and accumulating bioactive compositions.
