摘　　要：旨在论述经筋与脏腑的相关性,丰富经络学说理论。以古代文献记载与临床研究资料为依据,通过回顾经筋实质的生物学基础,从生理、病理角度阐述经筋与脏腑的内在联系。分析论证认为经筋与脏腑在生理功能与病理反应上存在密切相关,经筋-脏腑相关理论完善了经筋理论的临床应用,丰富了针灸临床的诊疗思路。To discuss the correlation between meridian-muscle and viscera,to enrich the theory of meridian doctrine. This paper reviewed the biological basis of meridian-muscle substance on the base of the ancient literatures and clinical research data. From a physiological and pathological point of view to expound the internal relations between meridian-muscle and viscera. There were closely relationships between meridian-muscle and viscera on physiological functions and pathological reactions. Theory of meridian-muscle and viscera correlation can perfect the applications of meridian-muscle theory,and enrich the diagnosis and treatment thoughts of acupuncture.
