摘　　要：创业活动已成为区域经济增长重要动力,而创业环境是创业的一个重要制约因素。而在产业集群背景下,创业环境中各种因素相互作用形成网络,因此本文把网络的概念引入到创业环境评价中来,构建一个可衡量集群背景下等的创业网络环境的评价体系,从而为各地区明确自身优劣势、构建良好的创业环境提供参考。The entrepreneurial activities have become a regional economic growth dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment is an important constraint for the entrepreneurs. In the context of industrial clusters, entrepreneurial environment in a variety of factors interact to form networks, In this paper, the network concept is introduced into the evaluation of the entrepreneurial environment to build a measurable evaluation system of the entrepreneurial network environment such as in the cluster context, so as to clear their own strengths and weaknesses, build good environment.
