摘　　要：本文试图通过整理河南产学研合作模式的现状,分析中原经济区建设背景下企业和高校合作的新局面,进而探讨其相应的合作模式以及创新策略。This article is tying to study the new situation of cooperation between enterprises and universities under the central china economic zone construction background so as to discuss the related cooperation modes and innovation strategies.
