摘 要:多叶光栅是精确放射治疗必需的设备之一。目前临床上多使用多叶光栅代替传统挡铅完成三维适形治疗和静态调强治疗,动态调强治疗所要求的对多叶光栅叶片速度控制的实时性和高精度一直难以实现。针对动态调强对叶片控制的要求,以C8051F023为核心处理器,结合专用电机驱动芯片NJM3771D2,设计了多叶光栅叶片控制模块。并发展了PID闭环控制方法,对多叶光栅叶片的运动位移和速度进行了实时反馈测速、分析和PWM输出调节,实现了对多叶光栅叶片运动位移和速度的精确控制,满足多叶光栅动态调强对叶片的控制要求。此模块设计结构简单,稳定可靠,控制精度高,将应用于具有动态调强功能的多叶光栅系统的实现中。Dynamic Multi-Leaf Collimator(DMLC) is one of the necessary equipments for accurate radiation therapy. In clinical DMLC is often used instead of the traditional block lead to complete three-dimensional confor- real treatment and static Intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) treatment. Real-time and accurate control of the speed of the leaves required in Dynamic IMRT treatment has been difficult to achieve. For the requirements of Dynamic IMRT treatment, a control module for the processor combined with motor driver NJM3771D2. leaves of DMLC is designed based on C8051 F023 as the core PID closed-loop control is developed to the control of the move- ments of the leaves. By calculating real-time feedback of the position and speed, analyzing and regulating the PWM output, accurate control of the movement of the leaves is achieved. This module has the characteristic of simple, stable, and has a high control accuracy, and will be used in the development of DMLC to achieve the Dynamic IM- RT treatment.
