摘　　要：对一种新的压敏材料 Sn O2 - Mg O- Nb2 O5 陶瓷进行了初步的研究。实验结果表明 ,本系列材料具有优异的介电性能 ,室温介电常数为 140～ 60 0 ,也具有较好的压敏性 ,其非线性系数最大值达到 6.3。Electrical prop erties of a new varistor system,SnO 2-Mg O-Nb 2O 5 were initially probed in this work.The materials of this system have a n outstanding dielectric property,the di electric constants of this system at roo m temperature range 140～600.The maximum nonlinear coefficient is 6 3 which shows that the material has a good varistor p roperty
