摘  要:作为特定市场条件下的独特组织形式,企业集团竞争优势来源一直成为战略管理领域的重要议题。基于新兴经济体制度环境的特殊性,本文从多理论视角对新兴经济体中企业集团这一特殊经济组织形式及其竞争优势的产生和演化进行讨论,分别基于产业组织理论、资源基础理论以及制度理论对企业集团的多元化战略、国际化战略以及创新战略的成因与后果进行了讨论,从动态演化角度对集团竞争优势与外部制度环境变化之间的演化关系进行了系统分析,并对未来研究提出了相应建议。The source of competitive advantages of business group in the context of emerging economies has been an important topic in the field of strategic management. Business group is defined as a collection of legally in- dependent firms that are bound by economic (such as ownership, financial, and commercial) and social (such as family, kinship, and friendship) ties. As a prevalent form of organization in emerging economies, business group has been considered as an important power in the field of innovation, international competition and industrial devel- opment. However, the impact of business group is still in the debate given its different strategies compared with firms in established economies. Why does business group exist and achieve its competitive advantages in such incomplete market and uncertain environment as emerging economies? And how does the specific context make the strategy of business group different? The mechanism between the strategy and competitive advantages of business group in the context of emerging economies is still not well understood. This research adopts the "strategic tripod" paradigm to review and analyze the strategy of business group and its consequences on competitive advantages from industry- based, resource-based and institution-based view. Given the limitation of single perspective, we address that this ap- proach can help us to better capture the complex and dynamics in the organization-environment relationships in emerging economies. The internal and external complexity of business group leads to the special mechanism between strategic choices and competitive advantages of business groups. On internal complexity, group-affiliated firms can exchange/share resources, information and market channels between each other through internal transaction, inter- locking directors, cross-shareholding, etc, which increases the complexity of monitoring and governance within busi- ness group.
