基于高校教育资源的图书馆资源共享问题探究

摘　　要：我国高校图书馆资源共享的实践表明,中央直(部)属高校图书馆与地方高校图书馆之间的共建共享关系难于维系。基于"智猪博弈"模型分析二者合作困境发现,造成二者合作困境的根本原因是资源共享主体间信息贫富差距大、利益失衡。因此,地方高校可以把图书馆资源共享置于高校教育资源共享的大背景之中统筹考虑,将高校其他教育资源作为图书馆资源共享的补偿或中介,以实现中央直(部)属高校图书馆与地方高校图书馆资源的共享。The practice of university library resources sharing in China shows that libraries sharing relation between universities directly under the central government and local universities is difficult to sustain.Based on ＂Clever Pigs Game＂ model,it finds that the fundamental reason for cooperation difficulties is large information gap of resources sharing and the imbalance of interests between major subjects.Consequently,local university libraries should consider university library resources sharing in the big background of university education resources sharing,and introduce other education resources to library resources sharing as compensation,in order to realize library resources sharing between universities directly under the central government and local universities.
