摘  要:为考察SY-1活性炭与椰壳活性炭对香料的吸附性能,对两种活性碳的结构进行了表征,并分析了其对2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪的附动力学。结果表明,SY-1活性炭与椰壳活性炭均属于以微孔材料,对2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪吸附过程,即符合Langmuir等温方程又符合Freundlich等温方程,整个吸附过程是一个由快吸附和慢吸附构成的双速过程;两种活性炭的RL值均处于0<RL<1,且n值均处于1<n<10,易于吸附水中的2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪,相应的饱和吸附量分别为0.353 g/g、0.264 g/g,其中SY-1饱和吸附量较大,吸附效果明显。研究成果可在卷烟滤嘴中推广应用。To study the adsorption properties of SY-1 activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon to spices. The structure of two activated carbon was characterized, at the same time, the adsorptiondynamics of two activated carbon to 2,3,5-trimethyl pyrazine was analyzed. The results showed that the SY-1 activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon is a microporous material, which adsorption process to 2,3,5-trimethyl pyrazine was in line with the Langmuir isotherm equation and Freundlich isotherm equation, the whole adsorption process is a two-speed adsorption which include fast adsorption and slow adsorption. The RL values of two kinds of activated carbon was at 0〈RL〈I (l〈n〈10), twO kinds of activated carbon are easy to adsorbed 2,3,5-trimethyl pyrazine and which corresponding saturated adsorption amount was 0.353 g/g and 0.264 g/g. SY-1 has greater saturated adsorption amount and significantly adsorption effect, promote the use of flavored cigarette filter. The results could be applied with cigarette filter.
