摘　　要：以我国31个省市创新人才培养状况作为研究对象,在已有文献对创新人才内涵的定义和理论研究基础上,利用中国31个省市区2006年至2010年面板数据对各省市区创新人才培养状况进行实证分析。结果表明:对于创新人才的培养,教育是基石,R&D投入是行之有效的激励工具,经济发展状况是一个巨大孵化器。Based on the existing definitions and theoretical research, the paper analyzes the state of innovation talent train- ing of 31 provinces and cities in China by using panel data from 2006 to 2010. The results show that education is the foun- dation stone of innovation talents cultivation, and R＆D input is the effective inspirational tool. Meanwhile, conomic devel- opment is the hatcher of innovation talents ecuhivation.
