摘　　要：利用文献分析的方法对网络组织绩效风险的概念进行界定,运用问卷调查的方法从四个不同角度对绩效风险的演化动因进行分析,并定量分析了演化动因的强弱;结合相关理论对网络组织绩效风险的良性与恶性演化路径进行初步探索。研究结果有助于合作各方识别绩效风险的演化路径,也拓展了网络组织的研究视角,对于控制网络组织的风险有积极的借鉴意义。The paper, based on the method of literature review to define performance risk of network organization, uses questionnaire survey to analyze the evolution causes of performance risk from four different angles. It uses the method of quantitative analysis to analyze strong or weak of evolution causes, combines the related theory to preliminarily explore the benign and malignant evolution path of performance risk in network organization. The research will identify evolution path of the parties and can also develop a new perspective for research of network organization. There is also a positive significance for control risks of network organization through the research.
