摘　　要：在战略采购理论的基础上,提出集团化企业战略采购过程模型,系统阐述了集团化企业战略采购方法理论体系。根据研究指出,战略采购整合是提升企业采购管理效率的有效途径。最后通过山东电力战略采购的实际案例,证明了战略采购策略整合对提高企业采购管理绩效的实用性和有效性。旨在使企业明确战略采购的实施过程,通过实施战略采购整合为企业提供高效的物资基础,对我国企业有效实施战略采购起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。Based on theoretical research on strategic purchasing, the paper introduces the purchasing process model of group enterprise. And it systematically expounds the theoretical system of group enterprise strategic procurement methods as well. According to the research, the paper pays attention to the improvement of the efficiency of the supply chain manage- ment by integrating the purchasing strategies. An example of Shandong Electric Power Corporation is provided to approve that the integration of strategic purchasing is practical and effective in the improvement of the performance of strategic pur- chasing management. The paper is aimed at making the enterprise to clearly understand the implementation of the strategic procurement process in order to provide enterprises with efficient production materials. Thus, the paper is expected to give certain reference for the group enterprises＇ strategic purchasing implementation effectively.
