摘　　要：通过分析广东医学会创新发展的经验与做法,围绕科技社团创新发展实践中的问题与现状,提出了增强社团互益性、加强分类管理与指导、引入淘汰优化机制、加强示范引领以及改善税收环境和加强干部队伍建设诸方面的具体对策与措施。By analysis of the experience and methods in process of Guangdong Medical Association＇ s innovation and de- velopment, the article puts forward specific solutions and approaches to strengthen mutual benefit among associations, en- hance guidance of the classified management, introduce the elimination and optimization mechanism, heighten the demon- stration and guidance function, improve tax circumstances, strengthen the construction of cadre team, and so on in response to the problems and phenomenon existed in the innovation and development practice of Chinese scientific and technological associations.
