医学科研的顶层设计——以“恰玛古胶囊干预大肠癌FOLFIRI方案所致腹泻的临床观察”为例

摘　　要：我国部分医学科研存在缺乏有效宏观调控、资源配置不合理、科研力量分散等问题,而将"顶层设计"引入医学科研领域有望改善该问题。以"恰玛古胶囊干预大肠癌FOLFIRI方案所致腹泻的临床观察"为例,浅谈医学科研顶层设计的重要性及必要性,并从其三个环节:科研总体目标和方向、科研组织实施、科研质量控制来阐述顶层设计的实施方法。There are some problems in some medical researches in China now,such as lack of effective macro-control , irrational allocation of resources, scattered power of scientific research, while introducing the concept of the ＂top-level design＂ into the field of medical research is expected to improve these problems. This article explores the importance and necessity of the top-level design of medical research by ＂the clinical observation of Qiamagu capsule in preventing diarrhea because of FOLFIRI regimen＂, And this article explores the method of the top-level design from its three main links： proposing the overall goals and direction of the research, organizing and operating the research process, quality control of research.
