摘　　要：钙粘蛋白家族(cadherin family)是一个超家族,均为钙依赖的单链跨膜糖蛋白,主要介导同型细胞间的粘附。目前,上皮细胞钙粘蛋白(epithelial cells cadherin,E-cad)成为研究热点之一,它与上皮恶性肿瘤的分级、侵袭、转移和预后相关,可用于肿瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断、疗效监测和预后判断。E-cad与白血病的相关性也越来越受到重视,与白血病细胞的浸润和转移有关。本文就E-cad在白血病中的表达及其与中枢神经系统白血病的关系的研究进展作一综述。The cadherin family is a superfamily which is calcium-dependent single-chain transmembrane glycoprotein.It is mainly mediated by the same type of cell adhesion. At present, the epithelial cadherin become one of the hot research. It is related to tumor grade and prognosis, which can be used for tumor diagnosis, differential diagnosis, response monitoring and prognosis. Studies have shown that the epithelial cadherin is related to leukemia cells invasion and metastasis. This review focuses on the study of the expression of epithelial cells cadherin in leukemia, and the relation between epithelial cell cadherin and the central nervous system leukemia.
