利可君防治恶性肿瘤放疗所致骨髓抑制疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察利可君片防治恶性肿瘤放疗后骨髓抑制的疗效。方法:60例恶性肿瘤行放疗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组患者放疗前1周开始口服利可君片20 mg,每日3次,直至放疗结束后2周;对照组在出现骨髓抑制前不服用任何升血药物,检查发现骨髓抑制后给予给予吉赛欣皮下或静脉注射2～5μg/kg,每日1次。比较两组的疗效,骨髓抑制发生率和发生时间,白细胞和血小板水平。结果:观察组的有效率和疾病控制率与对照组无明显差别(P>0.05);观察组骨髓抑制发生率为16.7%,显著低于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞和血小板无明显改变,对照组与治疗前相比明显下降(P<0.05),治疗后观察组白细胞和血小板水平与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:利可君防治恶性肿瘤放疗所致的骨髓抑制疗效显著,可以推迟其发生时间,值得在临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of leucogen in prevention and suppression of bone marrow induced by radiotherapy curative. Methods： 60 cases of the patients were randomly divided into test group and control group （30 cases in each group）. The test group was given 20 mg of leucogen before radiotherapy, three times a day, until the end of radiotherapy. The control group was given 2-5 μg/kg of recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor unless bone marrow suppression, once a day. The efficacy of two groups, bone marrow suppression incidence and time of occurrence, the levels of white blood cells and platelets were compared. Results： Both response rate and disease control rate had no significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The incidence of bone mar- row suppression of test group was 16.7 %, significantly lower than that of the control group （60.0 %, P〈0.05）. The levels of white blood cells and platelets in test group were not changed after treatment, and those in the control group were decreased （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect ofleucogen in preventing and suppressing bone marrow induced by radiotherapy curative is satisfactory, can postpone the occure time, and is worthy of clinical use.
