摘　　要：目的:探讨脊索瘤组织中CXCR4的表达情况,并分析其在脊索瘤侵袭和复发中的作用及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测42例脊索瘤及16例骨样骨瘤患者标本中CXCR4的表达,并分析其与侵袭复发的关系。结果:脊索瘤组织中CXCR4的阳性表达率为80%(34/42),而在骨样骨瘤中的表达率为12.5%(2/16),两者比较有显著差异(P<0.01),在正常脊索组织中无表达。CXCR4的表达与脊索瘤患者的性别、年龄无关(P>0.05);而与脊索瘤有无复发有关(P<0.05)。结论:CXCR4可能在脊索瘤细胞侵袭、复发的过程中起重要作用,为进一步的研究奠定基础。Objective： To investigate the expression of CXCR4 in chordoma and their clinical significance. Methods： The expression of CXCR4 protein was detected by the SP immunohistochemical method in 42 cases of chordoma and 16 cases of osteoidosteoma, and to analyze the relation with invasion and relapse. Results： The positive rates of CXCR4 were 80% （34/42） and 12.5% （2/16） in chordoma and osteoidosteoma, respectively （P〈0.01）, none expression of CXCR4 in normal notochordal tissues; CXCR4 expression was highly correlated with neoplasm recurrence （P〈0.05）, but was not correlated with age and gendar in chordoma patients （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： CXCR4 plays a major role in invasion and relapse in notochord cells, furthermore, it laid a foundation for our further study.
