摘 要:目的:探讨WWOX和E2F-1在大肠腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测78例大肠腺癌、20例正常大肠粘膜、30例大肠腺瘤中WWOX和E2F-1的表达情况。结果:WWOX在大肠腺癌中的阳性率显著低于正常大肠粘膜和大肠腺瘤(P<0.05)。E2F-1在大肠腺癌中的阳性率显著高于正常大肠粘膜以及大肠腺瘤(P<0.05)。WWOX、E2F-1表达与大肠腺癌的病理分化程度、淋巴结转移和临床分期具有相关性(P<0.05)。WWOX与E2F-1基因的表达呈负相关(r=-0.323,P=0.004)。结论:WWOX和E2F-1的表达与大肠腺癌发生关系密切,是大肠腺癌发生、发展的重要生物学标记物。Objective: To study the expression of WWOX and E2F-1 in human colorectal adenocarcinoma and its significance. Methods: The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect 78 cases ofcolorectal adenocarcinoma, 20 cases of normal colorectal mucosa and 30 cases of colorectal adenoma with WWOX and E2F-1. Results: The positive expression rate of WWOX in esophageal carcinoma was lower than that in colorectal mucosa and colorectal adenoma (P〈0.05). The positive expression rate of E2F-1 in esophageal carcinoma was much higher than that in colorectal mucosa and colorectal adenoma (P〈0.05). The expressions of WWOX and E2F-1 are closely correlated with the differentiation, TNM and lymph nodes metastasis (P〈0.05). The expression of WWOX was negatively related to that of E2F-1 in large intestine carcinoma tissues (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: WWOX and E2F-1 are closely related to the colorectal adenocarcinoma occurrence. Both of them are important biological markers in colorectal adenocarcinoma occurrence and development.
