养正消积胶囊联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养正消积胶囊联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和安全性。方法:用养正消积胶囊联合化疗治疗本病35例,并设35例作为对照组。结果:治疗组和对照组实体瘤近期有效率(CR+PR)、中医症候总改善率分别为48.57%、31.43%和85.71%、54.29%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后,在乏力、咳嗽、痰稠、咯血、胸闷气急、胸痛、纳呆、发热、腰膝酸软等症候方面的改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),在自汗、心悸等方面的改善2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组在生活质量(KPS评分)、免疫指标(NK细胞、T细胞亚群)、白细胞介素-Ⅱ(IL-Ⅱ)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的改善及临床获益率等方面比较,治疗组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组在血红蛋白、白细胞、血小板降低及肝肾功能损害、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生方面的差异,均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在其他不良反应发生方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:养正消积胶囊能有效地治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌,改善临床症候和生活质量,提高免疫指标,上调IL-Ⅱ和TNF水平,并减少治疗中的不良反应。Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule combined with chemotherapy in the treat- ment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Method ： 35 patients are treated with Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule combined with chemotherapy while 35 cases as the control group. Results：The two groups recent response rate （CR ＋ PR）, the TCM symptom improvement rate were 48.57% ,31.43% and 85.71%,54.29%, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 O. 05） between the two groups; before and after the treatment,the improvement of fatigue, cough, thick sputum, hemoptysis, chest tightness, shortness of breath, chest pain, poor appetite, fever,loins symptom in the treatment group is higher than the control group （P 〈 O. 05 ）, spontaneous sweating, heart pal- pitations and other improvement in the two groups have no significant differences （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; The improvement in the treatment group of quality of life （KPS） ,immune indicators （NK cells,T cells subsets）, IL-II （IL-II）, tumor necrosis factor （TNF） and clinical benefit rate is higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the side effects of the two groups in hemo- globin, white blood cells, platelets, liver and kidney dysfunction, nausea and vomiting and other reactions, have significant statistically sig- nificant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the left had no statistically significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule can effectively treat ad- vanced non-small cell lung cancer, improve clinical symptoms and quality of life, improve immune indicators, raised the level of IL-II and TNF, and reduce the adverse treatment.
