摘  要:【目的】研究木材纤维/橡胶粉复合板(以下简称"木/橡复合板")的贴面性能,为强化地板的生产提供理论参考。【方法】以脲醛树脂为胶黏剂(施胶量为绝干纤维和橡胶总质量的10%),采用15~30目(0.55~1.18mm)粒径的橡胶粉与木材纤维复合压制强化地板基材(橡胶掺入量为绝干纤维和橡胶质量和的10%;板目标密度0.80g/cm3),再在2MPa热压压力、180℃热压温度和30s热压时间的工艺条件下用浸渍纸贴面,根据国家标准GB/T 17657-1999测试复合板的表面胶合强度;基于轮廓算术平均偏差Ra定义"面粗糙度Ra′"新指标,定量分析木/橡复合板贴面前后的表面粗糙度,并借助MATLAB软件模拟板的表面微观形貌。【结果】在试验条件下,木/橡复合板的表面胶合强度达到0.95~1.05MPa,掺入橡胶粉对贴面强度没有明显影响;木/橡复合板的面粗糙度Ra′值达到1.10~1.21μm,显著大于100%木材纤维板的0.73μm;复合板砂光发生了"掉粒"现象,板面残余微观凹坑,导致浸渍纸贴面后,所有复合板表面出现了"湿花"缺陷,但表面平整性趋于一致。【结论】浸渍纸贴面木/橡复合强化地板工艺技术可行,橡胶粉的掺入对贴面强度和贴面后的表面平整性没有显著影响,采用"面粗糙度Ra′"可有效量化板材的表面平整性。[Objective] This paper studied the overlaying performance of wood-rubber composite boards (WRCB) to improve laminate floorings production. [Method] Using urea formaldehyde resin at 10% content,WRCBs of 0.80 g/cm3 density were made with 10% waste rubber particles at 15-30 mesh (0.55- 1.18 mm) ,and then were overlaid with resin impregnated paper by hot-pressing under 2 MPa and 180 ℃ for 30 s. Surface bond (SB) strength of overlaid WRCBs was tested according to the national standard GB/ T 17657-1999. A new index based on the arithmetical mean deviation of the profile Ra', i. e., surface roughness Ra', was defined to quantify the surface roughness of WRCBs before and after overlaying. Simultaneously,micro-surface morphology of WRCBs was drawn using MATLAB. [Result] The SB strength of WRCBs were 0. 95-1. 05 MPa,and combination of the waste rubber particles showed no evident influences. Ra' values of WRCBs (1.10-1.21 μm) were higher than control (0.73μm). WRCBs partially lost rubber particles under sanding,leaving small pits on the board surface,which led to water mark defects on overlaid WRCB surface. However,all boards after overlaying had similar surface roughness. [Conclusion]It is technically feasible to make laminate floorings with WRCBs, and combination of rubber particles has no significant impacts on the overlaying performance and surface roughness, which can be effectively quantified by the newly defined index Ra'.
