摘　　要：【目的】　为了解弱智患儿的碘代谢情况。　【方法】　测定了秦巴山区 4～ 14岁弱智患儿 10 1例和正常儿童 98例的食用盐碘、尿碘和血清T3、T4 、TSH含量。　【结果】　两组间各项指标均无明显差异。Objective To investigate the iodine metabolic status of the children with mental retardation(MR). Methods The salt iodine,urine iodine,serum T 3,T 4,TSH levels of 101 MR children aged 5～14years old were determined and compared with that of 98 normal children. Results No significant difference was found between the two groups. Conclusion The lodine metabolic status of the MR children seems similar to that of normal children
