摘　　要：目的肺胚层瘤十分罕见，本文对其临床病理基本特征进行探讨。方法收集本市各家医院患者 ２例， ５３岁、 ２７岁男性各 １例，病变位于肺周边部位，进行临床、Ｘ线病理分析比较。结果临床表现以周边部为好发部位，Ｘ线检查可见圆形阴影。镜下瘤组织由未发育成熟，支气管和幼稚的间叶组织构成，间质疏松，细胞梭形有异型性。结论通过讨论该病的组织来源，诊断与鉴别及其治疗后，认识到该病年龄越大预后越差，早期手术治疗结合其它综合治疗方案效果好。Objective To study the clinical, radiological and histopathological characteristics of pulmonary lepidic tumor. Methods Two male cases (aged 53 and 27 respectively) were studied. The tumors in these cases were located at the edge of the lungs. Results The edge of the lung was the common site of the tumor. Radiograph showed spherical mass. The tumor was composed of immature bronchi and mesenchyma tissue, desmohemoblast was loose and the spindle-shaped cells showed atypia. Conclusion Based on the discussion of the histogenesis,diagnosis, differential diagnosis and the therapy of the tumor,it is considered that the older is the patients,the poorer is the prognosis. The earlier operation combined with other comprehensive treating methods would lead to the better effect.
