摘　　要：目的:探讨人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2)和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在胃癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组化Envision二步法,检测70例胃癌组织和40例正常胃组织中HER-2及COX-2的表达情况,并结合其临床病理特点进行分析。结果:(1)HER-2在胃癌中的阳性率为27.1%,在正常胃组织的阳性率为5%;COX-2在胃癌中的阳性率为67.1%,正常胃组织阳性率为22.5%。两种蛋白分别在胃癌及正常组织中的表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。(2)HER-2及COX-2在胃癌组织中的阳性表达与肿瘤分化程度、侵袭深度、有无淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05),而与患者的性别及年龄、肿瘤部位和大小无关(P>0.05)。(3)HER-2与COX-2在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:HER-2及COX-2的表达参与胃癌的生长、侵袭和转移过程,在胃癌的预后中扮演了重要角色。Objective： To investigate the expressions of HER-2 and COX-2 in human gastric carcinoma and to study the rela- tionship among them and the clinicopathological factors of gastric carcinoma. Methods ： The Envision immunohistochemical stain meth- od was used to detect HER-2 and COX-2 protein expressions in sample of 70 gastric carcinoma tissues and 40 cases of normal gastric tissues. And their corresponding clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results ： （ 1 ） The positive rate of HER-2 protein was 27.1 % in gastric carcinoma tissues and 5% in normal gastric tissues. The positive rate of COX-2 protein was 67.1% in gastric carcinoma tissues and 22.5% in normal gastric tissues. There existed significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0. 05,P 〈0.01 ） . （2） The positive expression rates of HER-2 and COX-2 protein in gastric carcinoma tissue were closely relevant to the differentiation of the carcinoma, invasion depth, lymphatic metastasis and TNM （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but not to the patient ＇ s sex, age, tumor site and size （P 〉 0. 05 ）. （3）There was a stable positive correlation between HER-2 and COX-2 expressions in gastric carcinoma tissues. Conclu- sion： HER-2 and COX-2 expressions participate in the development, invasion and metastasis process of gastric carcinoma. They play a key role in the prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
