摘　　要：少数大学生重复旷课行为不仅影响自身学习,也影响学校正常教学秩序。究其原因,主要是由于其自身、家庭或学校管理制度不完善等因素造成的。改变这一现象,要加强管理,增加人文关怀;实行家校联动,使学校教育与家庭教育相互补充;全校通力协作,形成育人合力。Minority＇ frequent absence from classroom not only influences their own study, but also influences the normal teaching order. The major causes are the result of imperfect administration of themselves, families and college. We should strengthen administration, increase humanity care, make college education and family education compensate for each other and form cooperative power to promote education.
