益精汤治疗男性少弱精子症不育患者30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察经验方益精汤治疗男性少弱精子症不育的临床疗效。方法选取门诊男性少、弱精子症不育患者60例,随机分为两组,治疗组30例口服中药益精汤,对照组30例口服克罗米芬,共3个月,比较两组治疗前后的精液参数变化。结果两组患者治疗前后的精子密度、前向活动精子、活动率、正常形态率比较均有显著提高(P<0.05),而精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后精子密度、前向活动精子、活动率、正常形态率、DFI的改善幅度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益精汤能显著改善男性少弱精子症不育患者的精液质量,从而治疗男性不育症。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Yijing Soup in the treatment of male oligoasthenozoospermia infertility. Methods Integrated analysis were made of three months, randomized, controlled clinical trials involving 60 male oligoastheno- zoosperm infertility who received Yijing Soup treatment （30 cases） or control group （30 cases） who received Clomifene. Results The statistic results of sperm concentration, forward motile sperm, motility, normal morphology were significantly higher in post-treatment patients than pre-treatment patients, while DNA fragmentation index （DFI） was significantly lower （P~ 0.05）. The improving extent of sperm concentration, forward motile sperm, motility, normal morphology and DFI were signi- cantly larger in treatment paitents than controls （P%0.05）. The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment pait- ents than controls （P^0.05）. Conclusion Yijing Soup can significantly improve the sperm quality of male oligoasthenozo- osperm infertility patients.
