摘  要:目的观察应用依达拉奉治疗对急性脑梗死患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响及治疗效果。方法选择急性脑梗死患者62例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各31例。两组在治疗前及治疗后第3、7、14、21d检测SOD水平,并对患者进行欧洲脑卒中评分(ESS),以评价疗效。结果治疗前两组血清SOD水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组血清SOD水平较治疗前均有明显改变(P<0.05),其中治疗组较对照组血清SOD水平明显提高(P<0.01)。两组治疗后7、14、21dESS比较的差异有统计学意义。结论 SOD水平监测可实时准确地了解急性脑梗死患者脂质过氧化状况及自由基清除剂抗氧化治疗效果,为制定或调整治疗方案提供实验室依据。Objective To explore the influence of edaravone on the serum levels of SOD in patients with acute cerebral in- farction and therapeutic efficacy. Methods Sixty-two cases with acute cerebral infarction were divided randomly into control group and treatment group. Two groups were given routine treatment. The treatment group was added edaravone for 14 days. The serum levels of SOD were measured before treatment and 7, 14 and 21 d after treatment. Therapeutic efficacy was evalua- ted by The European Stroke Scale (ESS). Results The serum level of SOD in the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference before treatment (P^0.05). The serum level of SOD in two group was significantly higher after treatment (P^0.05). After treatment the serum levels of SOD in the treatment group was much higher than that in control group (P( 0.01). ESS of the treatment group and control group at 7 d, 14 d and 21 d had significant differences. Conclusion To investi- gate the changes of lipid peroxidation and the therapy effect of a free radical scavenger on acute cerebral infarction by monitoring the levels of SOD in patients, all this will play an active role in treatment of disease through adjusting and formulation the treat- ment protocols.
