摘 要:2009~2011年从我国玉米主产区黄淮海地区(河北省、河南省、山东省和北京市)采集并分离了251株玉米小斑病菌株,并对其生理小种进行了鉴定。结果表明:玉米小斑病菌T小种、C小种、S型菌株和O小种的分离几率存在显著差异,其中O小种的平均分离几率明显>其他小种,是黄淮海地区玉米小斑病菌的优势小种;O小种不同菌株的致病力不同,其中强致病力菌株和中等致病力菌株的出现几率>弱致病力菌株;不同地区间C小种的分离几率差异显著。251 strains of Bipolaria maydis were collected from Hebei Province, He'nan Province, Shandong Province and Beijing City in 2009 - 2011, and the physiological races of Bipolaris maydis were identified. The results showed that isolation frequencies of race T, race C, type S and race O of Bipolaria maydis were significantly different. Isolation probability of race O was significantly higher than those of the other races. It is suggested that race O was the dominant race of Bipolaria maydis in the corn growing area in Huanghuaihai region. The pathogenicity pathogenic strains of different strains of race O was different, the isolation probability of strong and medium of race O were more than that of the weak pathogenic strains. The isolation probability of race C showed significantly different from different areas.
