摘　　要：基于西安市公共自行车运营现状，通过借鉴外阜城市自行车租赁系统运营建设的经验，结合西安市自身的交通出行需求特征，对西安市公共自行车系统的发展提出了建议。experience combining on how to Based on the current operation situation of public operation and construction from other cities in bicycle in Xi＇an, learning the the bike rental system, and with Xi＇an own transport demand characteristics, this paper provides some suggestions develop the public bicycle system in Xi＇an.
