小剂量羟基喜树碱联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗中晚期肝癌的临床观察(附25例分析)

摘　　要：目的　 观察羟基喜树碱 (H CPT)联合 5 氟尿嘧啶 ( 5 FU)治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的疗效。方法　H CPT 4～ 6mg/m2 加生理盐水 50 0ml静脉滴注 ,第 1～ 5d ;5 FU 750mg/m2 加 5%葡萄糖 50 0ml静脉滴注 ,第 1～ 5d。结果　 有效率 (CR +PR) 32 % ,无变化 (NC) 52 % ,进展 (PD) 16% ,毒副反应轻 ,病人生活质量有一定提高。结论　该方案对中晚期原发性肝癌有较好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the curative effect of combined use of low doses of H-CPT and 5-Fluracil in treating intermediate and late liver cancer.Methods Patients received intravenous drips of 4-6mg/m 2 of H-CPT and 500 ml of normal saline for 1-5 days and intravenous drips of 750mg/m 2of 5-fluracil and 500 ml of normal saline for another 1-5 days.Results The total curative rate of complete and partial remissions was 32%.The rates of no changes and progressive disease were 52% and 16% respectively.The toxic and side effects were slight and the living quality was improved to some extent.Conclusion This method has proved to be quite effective in treating intermediate and late liver cancer.
